Halo Boundless has back-to-back examination weekends starting this Thursday
We've already given Aureole Infinite's bots a fair drubbing during the biz's first subject prevue. Directly it's time to give the game's bowl deathmatch a proper stress run, with two weekend-long technical tests opening up over the next two weeks.
343 Industries recently opened up Gloriol testing to all recorded Insiders as of September 13. Invites for this latest test have like a sho been sent out, outlining what we'll be able to get our hands along this weekend.
Both weekends will feature on 4v4 arenas, introducing a new map and going beyond Slayer to open objective modes. But protrusive September 30, the second test weekend bequeath introduce 12v12 Volumed Squad Battles, finally tossing vehicles into Infinite's chaotic sandbox. For my money, this is where past Aureole games have always shone brightest, so I'm cautiously excited to see how Infinite's version plays out.
Notably, 343 has made several key changes to Mature Team Combat this time around. Rather that every fomite being available from the stunned, more powerful vehicles similar aircraft and tanks won't engender at pit start, arriving later in the round as a way to escalate the stakes. Big Halo matches incline to start at chuck-full intensity and stay on there for the length, so mixture that up could be a neat exchange—though I conceive it unforgivable if exclusive because it restricts the measure of time I can reign terror from the skies in a Banshee.
The early test will be uncommitted to download starting Thursday 23rd, though matchmaking will only pioneer starting Fri for limited hours (10am-2pm, 5pm-9pm PT). Not exactly paragon hours for those of us extramural the US, though we'll still be jumping in to contract a better picture of where Anchor rin Infinite is at ahead of its release this December.
